During last Saturday's derby match (11th November 2017), Wirral RFC held a fundraising event for Billy Woof, who as we all know tragically got injured during Park's playoff game last season, which led to him having his leg amputated.

As a sign of support for Billy, Wirral held a collection prior, during and following the game. We are pleased to announce that this raised a total of £465 for Billy to aid him in his recovery.

We would like to thank everyone who kindly donated to the collection, and wish Billy and his family all of our support throughout his recovery journey.
