Important Changes to the Use of Membership Cards

CASH PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE A PRICE DISCOUNT AND THEY DO NO LONGER REQUIRE THE PRODUCTION OF A CARD AT THE BAR

IN ORDER TO STILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT (5% NORMAL AND 10% FOR FOUNDER MEMBERS), THEN A CASH BALANCE MUST ALWAYS BE MAINTAINED ON THE CARD. (THE CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE START OF THE BAR TRANSACTION)

IN ORDER TO TOP UP CARDS IN THE FUTURE, MEMBERS MUST PUT A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF £20 ON THEIR CARD MEMBERSHIP CARDS

In addition to these changes; all rugby section memebrs should be aware that cards expired on 30-09-15.

Cards will only be re-activated once memberships have been paid and received by the rugby section.

Re-activation may take several days after the payment of the appropriate membership fee.

In the meantime, purchases can still be made using cash at the bar.
