IMPORTANT: Conversion of Club legal structure from Community Benefit Society to a Company Limited by Guarantee

Attached are the following documents:

• Letter of Explanation
• Notice of Special General Meeting to be held on 3rd October 2017 at 8-30pm
• Proxy form
• Explanatory notes to the proxy form
• Proposed Memorandum & Articles of Association of Wirral Club Limited

It is important that you take part in this process and vote, hopefully for the proposals contained in the proxy form. The meeting itself, will take place in the Clubhouse at 8:30pm, on Tuesday 3rd October.

If you cannot attend, it is essential that you complete the proxy form and return it to us as per the instructions within the explanatory notes or by post to Norman Simpson at 22 The Pines, Wirral, CH63 9FH. All proxy forms to be received by 30th September.

Only the votes of paid up members will be counted.
