A preview of Saturday's games for Club sides and an offer of subsidised drinks at the bar...

Following an excellent win at Doncaster Phoenix which saw them rise to top of the league last week; the first team welcome another side promoted into the league this season to the Memorial Ground this Saturday. Kendal lie 11th in the league having won away at Waterloo but lost both games at home to Hull and Huddersfield. The last time we played the Cumbrians was in our 2013-14 league-winning season in North 1 West where the games 'top and tailed' the season. The home game was a comprehensive win for Wirral 73-15 which featured a hat-trick for Ali Baker and the away game was another win for Wirral (12-29) which resulted in promotion as Champions.

Kendal will be looking to improve on last weeks result against Huddersfield and establish themselves in this league, Craig Harvey's men will be looking to reinforce their credentials as promotion contenders by continuing their winning streak.

Kendal Player to Watch: Right Winger - Dini Noyo: Sure to be entertaining having played both on the wing and at scrum half in his three games this season; scoring 2 tries and being awarded 2 yellow cards.

The second team have also made an unblemished start to the season with 3 wins, including last time out at home against Liverpool Collegiate. This weekend they have a tough fixture away against Burnage 2 who have lost 2 games and won one so far during this campaign.

The third team will be looking to improve their performances having lost their first three games. They are playing a home game against Dukinfield 2 who are mid-table having won one, drawn one and lost one in their games this season.

The fourth team's next game is next week at home to Mossley Hill 2.

With the entertaining and effective rugby that Head Coach, Matt Cairns has the first team playing there is no better time to come down to the Memorial Ground and support the team. As an additional incentive to members, between 1.00-2.00PM there will be subsidised drinks available; so come down and bring a couple of friends to what promises to be an interesting afternoon.
