Ladies Touch Rugby!

We have players of all ages (from 13 to over 40) and of varying experience and we welcome anyone who is interested!

Each week, coached by Matt and Brendan, we learn new techniques, have a bit of a run around with the ball and most importantly, a lot of laughter!!

If you have any experience/knowledge of the game, or no idea but you're interested in learning how to pick up an odd shaped ball and run with it; then please come down to training on any Wednesday from 7.30pm - you will always be made very welcome!
