Raise the Roof Planning Permission Granted

The ‘Raise the Roof’ committee are please to announce that planning permission for our project has been granted by the planning department at Wirral Council.

This means that the project can now go ahead and we have 3 years to put the spade in the ground in terms of starting the build.

A copy of the Notice of Grant of Planning Permission has been attached to the Raise the Roof Club Board, located by the entrance to the Clubhouse. Please see one of the committee members for more information.

With this in mind, the committee has now begun ramping up its efforts to secure external funding in the form of grants from the likes of the Lottery and Sport England.

Over the next few weeks, we hope to gather your participation within both an online survey and questionnaire with members of the committee to gain your feedback and ideas on what you want out of the project. More information on this will be available in the coming weeks.
