One last reminder that your vote is still needed in respect of the resolutions on the table at the Special General Meeting next Tuesday
Once again thank you to those that have already completed proxy forms but we need as many members as possible voting, so who have not yet expressed their wishes via a proxy vote please do so now. Alternatively vote in person at the meeting.

Please return this to reach Norman Simpson by 1st October either by handing your form in at the Club, to any Executive member, to Charlotte, by email after scanning in signed hard copy to norman.re.wirral@gmail.com or by post to 22 The Pines, Wirral CH63 9FH. These methods of delivery are in the explanatory notes.
On final point - to be eligible to vote, either by proxy or in person, your membership subscription must be current - ie for rugby sections this means subs for 2017/8 season have been paid.
