The Cup competition is open to all genders over the age of 14. Teams can be registered or you can register as an individual and you will be allocated to a team. Registration starts at 11:30AM on the day.

No previous experience is necessary and the event is all about the whole Club celebrating after a hard contact season.

All members and families are welcome to come and play/support on what will hopefully be an ideal day for some touch rugby.

The bar and kitchen will be open on the day for food and drink.
