While we've appreciated that consistency over the years, tracking individual payments, checking statements, and chasing late fees has become a massive administrative burden on our volunteer committee.

Moving to GoCardless allows us to automate this entire process. It ensures the club’s accounts are healthy while giving you total peace of mind—you’re fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and you’ll get an email notification three days before any payment is taken.In order to assist the Club with streamlining our administration before the new season begins, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to choose your membership type. After your GoCardless registration is complete, your new Bar Card will be available for collection at the clubhouse bar. This card provides several benefits, including reduced match day entry (£8 instead of £10), discounted pre-match dining (£20 instead of £25), and member rates on drinks. Please note that you must present your Bar Card to staff or match-day volunteers to access these savings—without it, the standard non-member rates will apply. Furthermore, we must remind all players that staying current with membership subscriptions is a requirement for continued selection for the Club.
