The ticket window opens on 26 August. We receive a fixed allocation of tickets for each game. If you would like to apply, please email me at graeme.roberts@wflms.co.uk by 5pm on 24 August, confirming the game you want tickets for, the number of tickets required, and your preferred price category. Initial applications are limited to four tickets. If any tickets remain after the first allocation, I will send a further notice. If demand exceeds supply, tickets will be allocated by ballot.
All tickets ordered and supplied are subject to the RFU Tickets terms and conditions a copy
of which is available from me on request.
All allocated tickets are for your personal use and should only be used by you together with
your family, friends or colleagues. In particular, no member may sell or dispose of their
tickets to anyone if they are not required for the members personal use. If you subsequently
find that you do not need the tickets please return them to me. I usually have a waiting list
for the tickets although I cannot guarantee this.
If any of the club tickets are discovered on the black market the RFU may sanction the club
which may lead to a loss of our allocation. A common reason why tickets end up on the
black market is that someone is let down at the last minute and then sells the tickets near
the stadium at face value or even gives the ticket away free of charge to avoid it going to
waste to someone that they believe is “a genuine fan”. Under no circumstances should you
do this. I do keep a detailed record of our allocation and, should tickets fall into the hand of
touts, I will be able to identify the member to whom they have been allocated. That member
will then face disciplinary action.
