The Executive Committee has decided to introduce a total ban on dogs at the Club. This is because of the ridiculous amounts of dog fouling that has been going on over recent months. Much of this, incredibly, has been done on the rugby pitches where players of all ages play regularly. We now consider this to be a risk to the health and safety of our members and visitors to our club. This is not a park but a sports club and the walking and letting loose of dogs on all fields and inside the clubhouse must now stop. We regret that sensible dog owners are being punished but we as a committee have a responsibility to our members and consider our action in this case to be totally justified.
