Teams in the League will be Anselmians, Blackburn, Bowdon, Dronfield, Kendal (level transfer from Regional One North East where they finished 8th this season), Leek, Macclesfield, Rochdale, Rossendale (relegated from National League Two North after being placed 12th in the regular season and losing the play-off), Stockport, Vale of Lune (promoted from Regional 2 NW) and Wirral.
