The Festival starts at 9:00am and finishes at approx 3:30pm. If you're a Wirral parent and your child is unavailable to play please let inform your Head Coach asap.
ARRIVAL
Wirral parents should ensure that your child is at the club by 9:15 at the latest.
Team sheets have to be handed in at 09:15, please make sure you arrive before this time to ensure your child is on the team sheet.
PARKING (see the "Halloween Festival Parking" map on the website documents page)
There will be a drop off zone at the clubhouse and then you will be asked to park your car at Clatterbridge Hospital where mini buses will be available to shuttle drivers to and from their cars.
Signage will direct you to the relevant car parking area which is approx 0.6 miles.
Parking costs £5.00 which includes your programme for the festival.
THERE WILL BE NO PARKING FACILITIES AT THE CLUBHOUSE
As we are utilising the parking facilities at the hospital Wirral Rugby Club will be making a donation to St Johns Hospice.
CLOTHING
As it is a long and maybe cold day, please make sure that players have warm clothing and plenty of drinks for between games.
FOOD
Players will be provided with their lunch, and catering (BBQ, tuck shop, ice-cream) will be available for all supporters to purchase.
If you wish to bring a picnic feel free.
TENTS
If you have a small windbreak/tent you are more than welcome to bring them to shelter from the elements.
PHOTOGRAPHER
There will be a professional photographer at the event and you can purchase pictures of your child at the van which will be allocated next to the pitches.
FINAL MATCHES
If all goes to plan the final matches will take place at approx 2:30 pm. So the day will finish around 3:00 after the award ceremonies.
FANCY DRESS
As this is a Halloween/Autumn Festival, anyone is welcome to wear costumes (not players) to join in the festivities.
