It is with great sadness that we have been informed of the death of Mike Beamish, who has passed away after suffering with cancer.

Mike was just 46 years old and was very popular with all his work colleagues and fellow sportsmen

Mike leaves his wife, Mel who is also a serving officer, two daughters Izzy and Florence and son George. Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly sad time.

A private family funeral will now be held, followed a couple of days later by a memorial service at their local church in Tarvin for anyone who wishes to attend. – further details will follow.
