Everyone who has attended the fitness sessions on a Wednesday with guest coach Rob O'Donnell have thoroughly enjoyed themselves. One of the ladies in attendance Wirral's Sarah Jones commented ' All the ladies are really appreciating and enjoying. Great initiative.'
