Details for Sunday 17 April 2011

Please arrive for 09:30am. Wilmslow Rugby Club, Kings Road, Wilmslow, SK9 5PZ

From the M56:

Junction 6 follow signs for Wilmslow along the A538. Follow the road under the Airport runway for approx. 4 miles. When you reach the Texaco Somerfield petrol station on your right, turn left onto Kings Road, the club entrance is at the end of the road on the left hand side.

CAR PARK
Entrance fee on the day is £5.00 per car. There will be a programme per car included in the price.
Parking as ever us at a premium in and around the club. Certain local roads will be coned off by the police on the day. Parking illegally will almost certinly result in parking tickets - You have been warned!!!

Pitchside
As of yet we do not know where we will be setting out our pitch for the day, though I'm sure the Marshalls at the Club, will be able to point you in the right direction.

Weather
Please ensure you note the weather forecast and kit yourselves out with suitable clothing. It is inevitable that there will be some waiting around between matches, and players need to keep warm and dry.

Catering
The clubhouse hope to be able to provide tea coffee and a range of hot food throughout the day.
There is no mention in our General Information that they will provide any food for the teams. PLEASE bring food and drinks for yourselves throughout the day.

Code of Conduct
It is important to all those attending to remember this is an U9's Festival. The decisions of the match referees must be respected and all adults must set and maintain exemplary standards of behaviour on the touchline and before and after matches, Please support our team enthusiastically and fairly and with due respect to the other teams and their supporters. The tournament organiser reserves the right to ban further participation in the Festival any player or person subject of reported behaviour falling beneath the standards set out in the RFU Code of Conduct for players, coaches, parents or spectators.

End of the Day
Unfortunately we haven't been given any details as to how long the festival will be, we should find out in our information packs once we arrive at the festival.
