Wirral Wolves topped its group winning three tough games against AK, Anselmians and Lymm and drawing one with Chester having conceded a late equaliser in "Fergie time."

Wirral Wildcats won three against Sandbach, New Brighton and Macclesfield and had their homework well and truly marked by Winnington Park.
