Match Preview

Warriors are hoping to continue their winning streak as they face Sefton Panthers tomorrow in their third game in the inner warrior challenge league.

This will be the third time the two teams have met in recent years, with the last tie between the two a memorable last ditch victory for warriors on ocean fields last season.

Warriors look forward to the return of Sarah Jones from injury and welcome back Sarah Atherton and Shannon Inglis into the starting forward pack. Sam Olle will be making her league debut at 10. Otherwise the squad remains largely unchanged from our victory away at Collegiate.

We have been working tirelessly on backs moves and defensive lines and this is really starting to pay off in our pitch performances. It will be interesting to see how this fares against our top - of - the - league opponents.

Mostly, we head out on Sunday, as always, to develop our game and have fun.
